Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
Gramlens (“Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital product delivered as a Chrome browser extension. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may request a refund or cancel your subscription.
This policy applies to all paid plans purchased through our Service. Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.
However, Article 16(m) of the Directive provides an exception for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.
Accordingly, if you have not used any Pro features within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. If you have used Pro features during this period, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
3. General Refund Eligibility
Outside of the EU cooling-off period, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, which our support team is unable to resolve
- Duplicate or accidental payment
- The Service materially differs from what was described at the time of purchase
Refunds are generally not available if:
- You have already used Pro features during the billing period
- You simply changed your mind after using the Service
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service
- Lack of access to the Instagram platform for any reason, including regional restrictions
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@gramlens.pro.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period expires.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@gramlens.pro with the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- Date of the payment in question
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
6. Payment Processing
Payments for Gramlens are processed via Tribute (Telegram payment system). Refunds will be issued through the same payment channel used for the original transaction.
The actual time it takes for a refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Free Plan
The Free plan does not involve any charges. No refunds apply to the Free plan. By upgrading to a paid plan, you accept the terms and conditions of paid access, including this refund policy.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
