1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gramlens website at gramlens.pro and the Gramlens Chrome browser extension (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Gramlens (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, installing the extension, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
These Terms, together with the following policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and Gramlens regarding your use of the Service:
2. Service Description
Gramlens is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to export Instagram follower and following lists, track unfollowers, and compare accounts over time. The Service processes publicly available Instagram data through your own authenticated browser session.
Features and functionality may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address or Google OAuth sign-in. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We do not store your Google password. Authentication is handled through OAuth 2.0 with PKCE.
4. Subscription Plans & Pricing
The Service offers the following plans:
- Free — export up to 500 followers/following per profile, with limited history
- Plus Monthly — extended export limits, basic comparison at $10/month
- Plus Yearly — same as Plus Monthly at $60/year
- Pro Monthly — unlimited exports, full history and comparison features at $20/month
- Pro Yearly — same as Pro Monthly at $120/year
Prices are stated in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with at least 14 days’ prior notice. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.
5. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed through Tribute (via Telegram). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring billing at the applicable rate until you cancel your subscription.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the payment is resolved.
6. Support & Updates
Technical support and product updates are available to users with an active paid subscription. Support includes assistance with extension functionality, troubleshooting, and account-related inquiries.
Users on the Free plan may access self-service resources, including documentation and FAQ. After a paid subscription expires, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan. Your data is retained for 7 days after the downgrade; after this period, export data associated with the Free plan is permanently deleted. Pro features become unavailable until a new subscription is purchased.
7. Refunds
As a digital product, refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy for details on eligibility, timeframes, and the refund process.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for automated scraping, data harvesting, or any purpose that exceeds normal personal use
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained through the Service
- Use the Service in a manner that violates Instagram’s Terms of Use or Community Guidelines
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension or any part of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users’ accounts
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, or otherwise harm other individuals
- Circumvent any rate limits, access restrictions, or technical measures implemented by the Service
9. Instagram & Third-Party Terms
The Service interacts with Instagram through your own browser session. You are solely responsible for complying with Instagram’s Terms of Use and any other applicable third-party terms.
Gramlens does not store your Instagram credentials, session tokens, or passwords. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
We make no guarantees that the Service will remain compatible with Instagram, as Instagram may change its interface or policies at any time.
Use of the Service requires access to instagram.com. Gramlens relies on access to Instagram, which may not be available in all regions. While we strive to maintain compatibility, we are not responsible for service interruptions caused by Instagram platform changes, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. We recommend verifying Instagram access in your region before purchasing a subscription.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the Gramlens extension, website, design, branding, and all related software, is the intellectual property of Gramlens and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your data (including exported follower lists and account information) remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
11. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Service Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your use of the Service. These communications may include:
- Account verification and security notifications
- Subscription confirmations, renewal reminders, and payment receipts
- Notifications of changes to these Terms, Privacy Policy, or other legal documents
- Important product updates or service interruption notices
These transactional emails are necessary for the operation of the Service and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account. We do not send marketing or promotional emails without your separate consent.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- The results obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable
- The Service will be compatible with Instagram indefinitely, as Instagram may change its platform at any time
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gramlens and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we reasonably believe that your use of the Service poses a risk to the Service or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Service settings or by contacting us at support@gramlens.pro. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a banner on the website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the operator’s jurisdiction.
18. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, changes to third-party platforms (including Instagram/Meta), internet disruptions, government actions, cyberattacks, or changes in applicable law.
If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gramlens regarding the Service. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
