Can I export followers from any Instagram account?

You can export followers and following lists from any public Instagram account. For private accounts, you need to be following them first. The extension works with your Instagram session, so you can access any data that you would normally see when browsing Instagram.

What data is included when I export Instagram followers to CSV?

Each export includes username, full name, profile picture URL, verification status, and user ID. With Deep Scan enabled, you can also extract bio, follower and following counts, email, phone number, website, business category, and city from public profiles. Does Gramlens need my Instagram password?

No. Gramlens never asks for, stores, or transmits your Instagram password. It works entirely within your browser using the Instagram session you already have open. Your login credentials stay with you.

Where is my exported data stored? Is it private?

Export results are saved to Gramlens cloud storage so you can access them across devices and browser sessions. We store only the data you export (usernames, profile info) — never your Instagram credentials. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. You can delete your export history at any time.

Can I export comments and likes from Instagram posts?

Yes. Open any Instagram post and Gramlens can export every comment — including the author, comment text, date, like count, and threaded replies. You can also export the full list of users who liked the post. Both features are available on the free plan (up to 500 items) and unlimited on Plus and Pro.

What is Deep Scan and how does it work?

Deep Scan enriches any exported follower or following list with full profile details — bio, follower and following counts, email, phone number, website URL, business category, and city. It visits each profile individually, so it takes longer than a standard export but gives you a complete lead database. Deep Scan is available on Plus and Pro plans.

How long is my exported data stored?

On the Free plan, export results are stored for 7 days. Plus users keep their data for the duration of their subscription plus 1 additional week. Pro users keep data for the duration of their subscription plus 3 months after cancellation.

How does audience engagement work?

The Pro plan includes engagement tools — follow, unfollow, like, and comment with smart pacing between actions. Built-in safety limits mimic natural behavior to protect your account. You can set filters to target specific audiences and pause or stop any action at any time.
